Order and Delivery

Currency

Price shown in USD (U.S Dollar). You can choose your country currency in the left top of our website. If you don't find it, you also can convert to your country currency via google or your bank exchange rate or paypal balance currency.

Payment 

Currently we only accept payment through PayPal with paypal account or without paypal account through Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover). Price for all transaction payment will be automatically converted in USD. All transactions will be handled securely by PayPal’s processing system and we do not retain any of your credit card records. 
 
Paypal confirmation payment will be confirm automatically after you successfully pay. All the products we offer on our store are made to order just for you and production starts once the complete payment & paid off.


Taxes

All the price of the products appearing on the website are excluding VAT/Sales Tax and shipping cost. For your local bank taxes depends on the policies of your local bank and your country, if any. Shipping cost will be calculated when checkout. International orders may be subject to sales tax/VAT, import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.


Production Period

All of our products are made by order. For ready stock items please contact us. Production period approximate estimation: 1 day till 10 business days (not include weekend and public holiday). For custom order, production period within 7-14 business days (not include weekend and public holiday). For personalized order, production period within 7-20 business days (not include weekend and public holiday). For personalized sample order, production period within 3-5 business days (not include weekend and public holiday). Wooden glass lamp production period within 7-14 business days (not include weekend and public holiday). For wholesale, may be take more longer time. This estimation exclude shipping period to your own location.

If it exceeds the specified time limit when we accept (and not cancel) your orders without prior notice at the earlier, we will  give you a discount or give bonus or refund your money or anything depending on the circumstances and mutual consent. 

We cant't accept rush orders, so before place your order, please make sure your due date event consider the estimated of production and delivery duration & you agree with this time period.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business with a partner production. We will do our best to make your orders as soon as possible; but we are not a factory and a handmade item take longer time because this is part of the beauty of handmade.

Shipping

We ship from Indonesia. But unfortunately, we do not accept domestic shipping, we only accept international shipping. We ship to virtually any address/countries in the world. All international orders will go by EMS (express mail), delivered by plane. Delivery time will vary depending on your shipping address, the estimation within 2-10 business days (not include weekend and public holiday). Especially for personalized sample purchase, we will go by regular airmail the estimation within 6-14 business days (not include weekend and public holiday) depending on your country, you can upgrade to express shipping if you need and want for the sample. Your shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you checkout.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs or Holiday or Force Majeure or error by the courier.


When you will place order and you found your country shipping cost not available (ex: United Arab Emirate, Puerto Rico, etc), please contact us through mail info@luxeova.com  to set your country available. We apologize for any inconvenience, we will endeavor to upgrade automatic shipping cost to all countries as soon as possible. We do not accept shipping to Indonesia, China, India, and countries in Africa.

Products will be delivered with bubble wrapped, packed inside a double layer corrugated box and a lot of paper. For medium up size automatically packed add with wooden crate. The shipping rates for many items we sell are the weight-based of the packing volume*. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Orders requiring multiple separate packaging (if you order wholesale) may incur additional shipping fees and arrive at different times although dispatched at the same time. 

*Volume calculation as follows (L x W x H) : 6000 then total weight may rounded to up depending on the courier policy
example: L: 40cm W: 40cm H: 35 cm
so the volume weight is: (40 x 40 x 35) : 6000 = 9.33 kg ~ 9.5kg


Please note: We don't guarantee the delivery time.  Slight delays might happen due to the customs & Holidays* However, we will gladly help you to contact our courier about your shipment and also need your willingness to check to your local post office.

Signature from the recipient is required for every shipment from our store.

 

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any violations, interruptions or delays associated with things which are out of our control, including but not limited to disasters, floods, earthquake, lightning strikes, frozen rain / hailstones, bad weather and other due/catastrophe of the surrounding nature, epidemics, explosions, fires, wars, riots, strikes, piracy, mutiny, riot, civil commotion, anarchy or sabotage, demonstrations, terrorism, national emergencies, damage from third party software. If this occurred, here are our terms & conditions:
-If occur this Force Majeure (in our country) before we ship your order, we will inform you first then cancel your order and will refund your purchase, if any
-If occur this Force Majeure (in your country) before we ship your order, please inform us then we will discuss about the best solution (e.g when we should send your package etc). Refund is the last options if the Force Majeure can't be resolved more than 2 weeks since occurred and there is no certainty about when to ship items. But for custom items and wholesale items, if we already did, it will be refunded maximum 50% from total product price and 100% for shipping cost, if any, but it certain the situations and will discuss later
-If occur this Force Majeure during the shipping process (from our country to your address or conversely when you return to us), all responsibilities are by the courier, and for return or refund or any decisions about your shipping or your product are following by the courier terms & conditions and will discuss later, if any.

Delay because of this reason, is not the seller and or the buyer responsibility and we can't complain about this.

 

Cancellation

Payment should be made strictly within 24 hours (1 day) after an order notification is sent to your email address. If payment is not made and confirmed within 24 hours (1 day), your order will automatically expire. You may re-order but the production time is calculated after you re-order and pay.

We reserve the right to refuse/ cancel an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock/ full order/ out of estimate period
  • Our inability to obtain authorization of payment/ any prejudice on your transaction
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
  • If we cannot obtain the information needed to create your order within 48 hours, your order will be canceled and we will refund (full payment) and you will need to reorder
  • If you purchase a custom and or personalize order without email us first and without get confirmation from us
  • Suspicious order/payment/address

We will give notice to you when it happens and refund all payments that you have made.

We do not accept order cancellations after payment outside of the reasons stated above and resulting from delay in delivery estimates from courier to your location, and if you cancelled, your money will not refund to you. More terms and conditions about return & exchange please also read our Return & Exchange.
